Caring and collaborative psychotherapy

Are you feeling stuck, while others seem to skate through life? You're not as alone as you may think. Problems with living are part of being human — and therapy can help.

My Approach

I believe therapy is most effective when it is built on a foundation of trust, connection and mutual understanding.

Our work together will be a joint endeavor to understand your present difficulties and find a path toward greater satisfaction, ease, and meaning in life.

Toward this end, we will form a trusting relationship, dig deep, and make sense of what we discover. It will be serious business because your struggles deserve to be taken seriously — but it won’t only be serious. There will also be room for laughter and the celebration of victories, large and small. Learning self-compassion and mindfulness will be part of the process.
